Nojo’s Fencing is fully licensed to perform fencing work in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. We carry both liability and workman’s comp insurance to ensure our customers are completely protected. Hiring an unlicensed or uninsured contractor can be the starting point of many issues. If a contractor is working without insurance and someone gets hurt on the job, the burden of that injury can easily fall on the shoulder’s of you, the customer. Unlicensed contractors may be under-qualified or perform substandard work. Also, the contractor must have a valid license to secure any necessary permits for the project.

When performing work that requires a permit, one should always be in place. Permits trigger important inspections throughout the duration of the project. Bottom line, permits are necessary, important, and in place to protect you, the customer.
